Esmeralda is the founder of Innate Essentials Holistic Wellness LLC and brings over 13 years of professional experience. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with minors in Religious Studies & Sociology from Louisiana State University, is a Holistic Health Practitioner graduate of the International Professional School of Bodywork, and member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She supports her clients' journey in the integration of the body, mind, and spirit to deepen self-awareness and expand possibilities. She believes that when these 3 spiritual bodies are aligned, the Self is empowered and the knowledge obtained from this place of centeredness is brought forth in wisdom. Esmeralda uses Somatics, a holistic body approach promoting psycho-physical well-being. Esmeralda enjoys researching current holistic trends, traveling, meeting people from around the world, and is a humanitarian.
